Returns & RefundsI was so pumped to get my cooler and tumbler set from this company. The stuff looked awesome on the website and I had heard great things about how tough and well they work. But when my order arrived, I was let down to see that the cooler had a dent in it and the tumbler was missing its lid. I contacted customer service and they said they were out of stock of the tumbler lid and couldn't send a replacement. I was annoyed that I didn't get what I paid for and they didn't offer a way to fix it.
