The service I got from the representative was amazing! She was so friendly, knew her stuff, and really made sure I had everything I needed. I was blown away by how quickly and effectively she fixed all my problems. It was clear she wanted to make sure I was happy and did everything she could to make that happen. I hope I get to deal with her again next time. All in all, it was a fantastic experience that went above and beyond what I expected.

So, I took a bit of a chance and splurged on some PVs, even with all the negative reviews floating around. They were definitely pricier than I would have liked, and I wouldn't exactly call them the most stylish glasses out there, but I guess that's the look nowadays. The emails they sent were a bit strange and maybe crossed the line a little, but hey, my teenage son really digs them, so I'll count that as a win. Surprisingly, they actually arrived much earlier than expected, thanks to DHL and Hermes (who aren't always reliable, but they came through this time).
