At first, the response seemed automated, but when I reached out on the website, I got a quick and personalized reply. They gave me a Canada Post tracking number and my order arrived today as promised. The packaging was good and I got exactly what I ordered. Overall, I would give this company a solid 5-star review for their excellent customer service and on-time delivery.
