Dress purchase, cute but small sizes
I ordered the dress in September and got it in October. I'm happy with how quickly it arrived and that I could track it. The dress is cute, but make sure to order a size up because they run small. The quality and price are both good. I was pleasantly surprised and have no complaints.
Dress purchase
I bought three dresses from that store not too long ago and I gotta say, I was really let down by what I got. The dresses didn't look anything like the pictures online, and the material was just so flimsy and cheap. On top of that, it took a ridiculous three weeks for them to even show up which was so irritating. And to make matters worse, I found out the return policy is a big pain and so complicated, it's just not even worth trying to send the dresses back. I tell ya, I am beyond unhappy with my purchase - feels like I threw away $75 on stuff I can't even wear.
Medium dress purchase
Just a heads up if you're thinking about buying from this company - I got a medium dress but it was way too small on me. And then to top it off, the price to exchange it for the right size was almost like buying the dress all over again. I was really let down to find out that the stuff is coming from China, wish they had told me that before I bought it. In the end, it just felt like a waste of money and a total hassle.
50's swing dress
I got this super cute 50's swing dress from this store for a show, but it took so long to get here! I ordered it back in June and didn't get it until the end of July. And when it finally arrived, it was the wrong size! I did everything right for the return, but they still made it really difficult for me to get my money back. Not cool at all, eh?

I gotta say, I recently bought 4 things from this online shop and boy, was I let down. The stuff's quality was just awful, nothing like what I saw in the pics on the website. And don't even get me started on the sizes - the large sizes were way too small. I bought this dress and it was so tiny, not at all like the pic. What a total scam. And then the delivery took forever, like over a month. When I tried to return 3 of the tops because they were so small (even the XL and XXL sizes), they said no way and just gave me a measly 10% discount for next time. It was a nightmare and I seriously don't recommend buying from them.
$55 purchase, 2 dresses
My recent experience with MissFox was super disappointing. I ended up buying two dresses for $55 and waited a whole month without hearing anything about them being shipped. So, I decided to just cancel my order. But when I contacted them, they said the dresses were already on the way and couldn't be canceled. When I finally got the dresses, they were the wrong size and felt like they were made from really cheap material. I tried asking about their return or replacement policy, and they told me I had to pay to ship them back to China just to get a refund. Their customer service was so rude the whole time, and I was totally frustrated and felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. In the end, I just decided to cut my losses and donate the dresses.
Overpriced shoes
I recently treated myself to a new pair of shoes online, but what I got was not at all what I expected. The size was totally wrong, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they were so rude. Can you believe they actually tried to blame me for the sizing issue and said I should just keep the shoes and sell them myself because it would be cheaper than getting a refund? What a scam! I got totally ripped off and I wouldn't advise anyone else to shop there. Watch out, steer clear of this sketchy company!
Loose-fitting clothes, slow delivery
Oh my goodness, what a total nightmare! I ordered some clothes that were supposed to be loose-fitting, but it took a crazy long 4 weeks for them to show up. And to top it off, when I tried to return them because they were way too small, I had to email them, but of course, I never heard back. When I followed up, they had the audacity to say I missed the 14-day return deadline. And let me tell you, the sizing was completely off - the clothes were much smaller than the size chart said. Trust me, steer clear of this place!

I recently bought some clothes online from this store, but I ran into a big problem with my order. At first, they gave me a fake tracking number for a delivery service that didn't even exist. When I told the customer service team about it, they gave me a new tracking number, but it was in a language I couldn't understand. This whole lack of honesty and confusion made me really frustrated and let down. Eventually, I had to talk to my credit card company to sort things out. Looking back, I should have checked the reviews of this website before buying anything. Dealing with this kind of dishonesty is just not something I can deal with.
Bought a $25 dress
Oh my goodness, I found this really cute dress for $25 and when it arrived, they tried to charge me an extra $16! I was so mad because if I had known about the additional charges, I wouldn't have bought it. All the other websites I shop from usually let me know about extra fees beforehand. Not cool at all.
Boots Purchase
I bought a pair of boots from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. The boots showed up way past the delivery date they told me, and when they finally came, they were just tossed in a flimsy bag that did pretty much nothing to protect them. I was so disappointed when I opened that bag and saw how crappy those boots were. The material was total garbage, falling apart at the seams already. The heels were split out material, like seriously, they were beyond wrecked. I reached out to customer service right away, asking for a refund, but they said I'd have to pay to ship the boots back. I checked with the post office, and it would cost me a whopping 40 bucks - more than what I even paid for the boots in the first place! The worst part? The post office couldn't even promise the company would notice the boots had been sent back, let alone give me my money back. This whole mess has me feeling so frustrated and tricked by this phony company. Their ads are nothing but a bunch of lies.

These companies gotta be held accountable for their shady practices, you know? It's absolutely ridiculous that I'm sitting here still waiting on my refund for stuff that wouldn't even fit a Barbie doll. We gotta do something about this and let the authorities know so these crooks don't keep getting away with scamming more people.
