I got this super cute 50's swing dress from this store for a show, but it took so long to get here! I ordered it back in June and didn't get it until the end of July. And when it finally arrived, it was the wrong size! I did everything right for the return, but they still made it really difficult for me to get my money back. Not cool at all, eh?

My recent experience with MissFox was super disappointing. I ended up buying two dresses for $55 and waited a whole month without hearing anything about them being shipped. So, I decided to just cancel my order. But when I contacted them, they said the dresses were already on the way and couldn't be canceled. When I finally got the dresses, they were the wrong size and felt like they were made from really cheap material. I tried asking about their return or replacement policy, and they told me I had to pay to ship them back to China just to get a refund. Their customer service was so rude the whole time, and I was totally frustrated and felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. In the end, I just decided to cut my losses and donate the dresses.

I bought a pair of boots from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a huge letdown. The boots showed up way past the delivery date they told me, and when they finally came, they were just tossed in a flimsy bag that did pretty much nothing to protect them. I was so disappointed when I opened that bag and saw how crappy those boots were. The material was total garbage, falling apart at the seams already. The heels were split out material, like seriously, they were beyond wrecked. I reached out to customer service right away, asking for a refund, but they said I'd have to pay to ship the boots back. I checked with the post office, and it would cost me a whopping 40 bucks - more than what I even paid for the boots in the first place! The worst part? The post office couldn't even promise the company would notice the boots had been sent back, let alone give me my money back. This whole mess has me feeling so frustrated and tricked by this phony company. Their ads are nothing but a bunch of lies.

These companies gotta be held accountable for their shady practices, you know? It's absolutely ridiculous that I'm sitting here still waiting on my refund for stuff that wouldn't even fit a Barbie doll. We gotta do something about this and let the authorities know so these crooks don't keep getting away with scamming more people.

I just bought a Las Vegas Raiders sweatshirt from an online store and boy, was it a mission to get here! It took forever - over 3 weeks! But when it finally arrived, I was so let down to find out the Raiders logo was all backwards. I reached out to their customer service, sent them pics to prove the mistake, but they still said I had to pay for the return shipping. On top of that, they told me if I didn't contact them in 14 days, tough luck. This whole thing has me feeling like I got scammed and totally ripped off.

I recently bought two unisex sweatshirt cartoon Anime long sleeve shirts from MissFox, one in black and one in red. But when my order arrived, they sent me white shirts in the wrong size by mistake. I asked for a refund, but they said no refunds for wrong color or size. I sent them photos of the items, order confirmation, and number, but they still wanted my mobile phone transaction. The material of the sweatshirts is not what I expected, it's a bit shiny and looks like it has an iron-on pattern. My experience with MissFox has been super frustrating, so I would advise against ordering from them.
