ServiceI recently treated myself to a new pair of shoes online, but what I got was not at all what I expected. The size was totally wrong, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they were so rude. Can you believe they actually tried to blame me for the sizing issue and said I should just keep the shoes and sell them myself because it would be cheaper than getting a refund? What a scam! I got totally ripped off and I wouldn't advise anyone else to shop there. Watch out, steer clear of this sketchy company!
