77$ 1:18 scale model purchase
I recently bought an 1/18 scale model from this shop, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. There was a little mistake with my order at first, they sent me the wrong model, but the customer service team fixed it right away and sent me the right one without any trouble. I've bought a $200 model from this store before, and I can vouch for them - they're not messing around or trying to rip you off, they really do have awesome models.
3 mini cars and 3 tiny cars
OMG, I'm totally into collecting cool cars and I just discovered this amazing store. I got 3 big cars and 3 small cars, and they arrived really quickly and in perfect condition! They even wrapped them up in bubble wrap to keep them safe. I'm thrilled with my new store, they're awesome!
E-mail Forgetfulness and Slow Orders
I've had some ups and downs with this company. When I first started ordering, things were great - items came fast and no issues. But recently, my last couple of orders have been super slow to arrive. And to top it off, one order didn't even make it to me! When I contacted customer service for help, they didn't want to do anything to fix the situation. It feels like they just took my money and left me hanging. It's really frustrating when a company acts this way, especially when you're a loyal customer.
Wholesale business
It's really disappointing to have such unprofessional behavior from a family-owned business. I was thinking of doing wholesale business with them. But they really messed up when it came to customer service. They wouldn't let the courier pick up the order and they wouldn't even help me print and stick a label on the box. It's crazy that a business would lose out on so much potential business over small things like this. So, I'm definitely going to take my business somewhere else.
