ServiceI recently bought an 1/18 scale model from this shop, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. There was a little mistake with my order at first, they sent me the wrong model, but the customer service team fixed it right away and sent me the right one without any trouble. I've bought a $200 model from this store before, and I can vouch for them - they're not messing around or trying to rip you off, they really do have awesome models.

ServiceIt's really disappointing to have such unprofessional behavior from a family-owned business. I was thinking of doing wholesale business with them. But they really messed up when it came to customer service. They wouldn't let the courier pick up the order and they wouldn't even help me print and stick a label on the box. It's crazy that a business would lose out on so much potential business over small things like this. So, I'm definitely going to take my business somewhere else.
