VPS purchase on Black Friday
So, we're all pretty excited about the VPS deal we snagged last year on Black Friday. Everything was running smoothly for a whole year until out of nowhere, we got hit with a suspension notice from the abuse department for allegedly not sharing usage fairly. The weird thing is, we didn't make any changes to our setup or how we were using their service. When we reached out for help, they basically said tough luck and cut us off. It's a shame because they're not a terrible company, but their lack of support in this situation left us high and dry. It would have been nice if they had at least tried to work out some kind of compromise or suggested ways to limit our usage to meet their standards.

Eh, so I got this website hosting thing and my site got hacked THREE times while I was using it! Can you believe that? And then, when I complained, they were all like, "Oh, it's your fault, not ours." What a joke, right? I mean, come on, it's their job to keep my site safe, don't you think?

I recently had a really rough time with my hosting services. I placed two orders, but they were both suddenly canceled with no reasons given. It really felt like a total rip-off - they took my cash and personal info, but didn't follow through on what they said they'd do. And now, to top it off, I'm getting bombarded with spam emails, which makes me think they might've sold my info to other companies. I've brought this problem to the attention of the right people so they can look into it further.

Their VPS hosting plans don't offer much in terms of options and storage, and the discounts they advertise can be misleading. With their cPanel web hosting, your access to opcache and f_url-open is restricted, limiting the kinds of websites you can run. The support isn't great, and the storage on their dedicated servers is extremely limited, making it tough to host anything beyond basic blogs. Their "unlimited" storage isn't really unlimited - they stick you on a full shared server and scold you for uploading too much data. Their pricing tactics, especially during sales like Black Friday, can be deceptive and lead to unexpectedly high costs when you place an order.

They asked for personal docs, their messaging platform was glitchy, and the welcome email was confusing. Plus, no temporary URL for testing and limited PHP and htaccess support were big issues. Website hosting for over five years
Whoa, I've been with this web hosting company forever - like, six and a half years now! Way back in 2017, my old provider totally crashed, and that's when I made the switch to this place. It was like a Christmas miracle - I mean, seriously, on Christmas Eve, this senior support tech named Autumn came through and helped me set up a new server in the middle of the night. That's what I call dedication! Ever since then, I've had five servers running smoothly with them, hardly any downtime. Even though I don't pay for much support, they've always been willing to go the extra mile to help me out, even when I made mistakes (which happened quite a bit). The only bump in the road was dealing with some new techs who treated me like a total beginner, but that got sorted out quick.
I get it, they're super selective with who they let in, but that's a good thing - I don't want to be surrounded by sketchy people online. And let me tell you, they take spam super seriously - if you're a spammer, you're out the door in no time. But they're fair too - when my clients were unknowingly sending spam, I fixed it right away and they were understanding about it. Overall, I don't understand the negative reviews - they've been amazing to me since Day One (or Night One, I suppose).Affordable server purchase
Servers might be affordable, but let me tell you, the customer service is seriously lacking. Like, the staff isn't there all the time and it took me a solid three days just to sort out a billing problem. Can you believe they even shut down my service in the middle of a busy time just to check my credit card info, and then I find out it's because their billing team was on vacation? Like, what a headache.
VPS purchase
I just bought a VPS from them during a Black Friday sale. Everything seemed good at first. I was using the VPS to sync my files between Dropbox and Google Drive, and that was all going well. But then when I tried to sync a bigger file of 35GB, I ran into a problem. They shut down the server because it was using more resources than it was supposed to. I was pretty irritated because I had a similar setup with OVH before and never had any problems with the hard drives.
Dedicated server purchase
The dedicated server I bought was a total letdown. The SSD was so slow with its read/write speeds, the RAM was draggy, and there was no turbo option in the BIOS. The whole performance was honestly subpar and just didn't meet my expectations.
