Web hosting services
As a customer, I gotta say signing up for web hosting with this company was frustrating and disappointing. They asked for personal docs, their messaging platform was glitchy, and the welcome email was confusing. Plus, no temporary URL for testing and limited PHP and htaccess support were big issues. And to top it off, my site ended up on a server with a shady IP and adult content. The customer service and overall quality were way below what I was hoping for.

10TB storage plan
The 10TB storage plan from this service gives me more space than I’ll ever need, which is great. But, I have had a few sync problems here and there that can be annoying. If those little issues were fixed, I think the service would be perfect.

Blue cream collapsible backdrop
I bought the blue cream collapsible backdrop and it was so disappointing! The frame was all weird and made the backdrop hang all crooked. Now I have to spend extra time fixing my pictures 🙄

My cancelled subscription
I cancelled my subscription a few months back, but then found out that they still charged me $120 without asking. I told them I had canceled, but they said I did it too late. Because of their lies and shady business, I'm taking more steps against them. I recommend avoiding this service because of their scamming and dishonest ways.

Easy entry process
Hey, if you want a super easy and smooth experience, this is the way to go. The draw times are super clear and they make sure you know how to contact you if you win. My only issue is that there should be an option to change your name if it happens to, ya know, change (hello, marriage, right?)

Recent purchase
I used to really enjoy this service, but things have definitely gone downhill. Up until recently, I would have easily given it a glowing 5-star review, but now I am getting super frustrated with how things are going. Honey used to work like a charm when it came to giving me those Honey Gold rewards for my purchases, but for some reason, it's just not happening anymore, even though I'm supposed to be earning them. I've tried everything they suggested to try and fix it - turning off my adblocker, switching browsers - but no luck. The coupons I'm still getting are handy, but without the Honey Gold, it feels kind of pointless. The support team has been pretty good about giving me some points back, but it's not really a sustainable solution to have to keep chasing after every purchase just to get what was promised in the first place. I really hope they can sort this out soon, or else I might have to say goodbye to what used to be such a great service.
