Skin Care Set
I was super pumped to try out my new skin care set that I got from this company. The first time I ordered, I got my stuff real fast, but my second order was a total mess. It took forever for my package to even be sent out, and when I tried to get a refund, they banned me from buying anything from them again. The customer service sucked, and I got treated really unfairly just for trying to get my money back. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

Two beautiful necklaces
I was a bit unsure at first because of the reviews, but I went ahead and bought two necklaces, and I'm so happy I did. They're beautiful, came nicely packaged, and even had certificates. I can't wait to wear one on my wedding day and give the other to my mom, who lost one like it. The extra gifts were a nice surprise and I'm really grateful for them. All in all, I'm thrilled with my purchase.

Express Delivery Purchase
I just bought something online and paid for express shipping because I needed it ASAP. The problem is, even though I forked out extra cash for faster shipping, my order is still stuck in the packing stage 2 days after it was supposed to arrive. The customer service team I reached out to was no help at all - they blamed it on too many orders causing backlogs. It's really frustrating that they keep charging for express shipping when they can't keep up with their promises, and on top of that, they don't even offer refunds.
