Mascara purchase
My mascara order arrived the next day in a box that was way too big, and it couldn't even fit through the mail slot. I was honestly taken aback by all the extra packaging for just a little mascara. Plus, the delivery guy chucked the box over the locked gate when we weren't there, which wasn't the best move.

Wireless chargers
So I recently got a bunch of wireless chargers from Electronic Silk Road for myself, my wife, friends, and work. Gotta say, I'm really happy with how all 9 chargers have been working. The chargers are well made, charge real fast, got strong magnets, keep the phones cool with fans, and are super comfy to use. Only had a problem with one charger, but when I reached out to customer service with a video showing the issue, they responded right away and sent a replacement within 12 hours. Online return issues
I just got back some stuff I bought online on January 2nd by sending it back through a courier service, but I still haven't gotten my money back. I showed them proof that I sent it back, but I can't seem to get a hold of anyone in customer service. It's been really frustrating, especially since I've been a loyal customer and never had any problems before. Sadly, I won't be shopping at this place again.
