The lack of customer service and understanding from this store is really disappointing, eh? Lots of other retail stores extended their return/exchange periods during the lockdown, but not this one. The customer service reps didn't even bother responding to emails, showing a real lack of care and professionalism, you know? It's hard to say what exactly they're supposed to be doing at this store, eh?
