Eh, so I ordered a pair of jeans in September, eh, and didn't get them until November cause of all sorts of problems with the shipment. The customer service was terrible, eh, emails took forever to get a response and there was no way to talk to a real person. And then, when I finally got the package, they sent me the wrong item!
