Totes awful customer service
Oh man, this place is terrible! They have time to respond to negative reviews and share stuff on Instagram, but can't bother to reply to my emails about returning items. I've reached out multiple times, but still nothing. What's going on with that, eh?
Defective item return issue
I had a really bad time trying to return something I bought online. I got a faulty item on sale, but when I tried to return it, they said no because it was on sale. On top of that, they wanted me to pay for the return shipping, which cost a lot of money. So basically, I ended up paying for taxes, duties, shipping, and return shipping for this faulty item that I couldn't even get a refund on. It was a big waste of time and money, and I'm so frustrated with their customer service. Next time, I'm definitely going to shop somewhere else where they treat customers better.
Shoes, clothing, and accessories
My time with HBX wasn't great. I bought some shoes, clothes, and accessories but when my order came, I found one pair of shoes had marks inside, another pair stank and felt gross, and two boxes were messed up from bad packaging. I told HBX about it, but they said I couldn't return the messed-up stuff, so I had to keep them. Their customer service was terrible and they didn't want to help fix the problems. I'd suggest avoiding this store - you can find similar stuff elsewhere with better service and return options.
Disastrous return process
Man, that company's return process was just awful. You gotta pay for shipping all the way to Hong Kong, and even the good couriers can't get it there. They had to schedule pick-up but it never happened. The return form on the website might be okay, but that 'help' email they give you either doesn't do anything or they just ignore you. The customer support and advice they gave during this mess was absolutely useless.
Swift delivery and helpful customer service
Oh man, the delivery was crazy fast! I ordered and bam, my package was already on my doorstep. And let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. They helped me out without any problems. I'm thrilled with how everything went down.

Tax-heavy, slow delivery
My experience was super disappointing, eh? I couldn't believe when I found out I had to cough up a ton of taxes on my order, making it way too pricey. And to top it off, the delivery took forever, coming all the way from Hong Kong. It seriously felt like a rip off, ya know what I mean? Websites like that should really have a heads up to prevent customers from getting screwed over. But wait, there's more - the customer service was basically non-existent, taking forever to reply to just one email. All in all, it was a complete nightmare, eh?
Blue shoes
I picked up these blue shoes from an online shop, but it was a total mess, you know? The person I spoke to on the phone was useless and just made me more frustrated! The shoe box indicated size 10 for women and size 8 for men, but the website showed something totally different. Can you believe it? I ended up with the wrong size! And on top of it all, it was a final sale, so I couldn't even return it. They should have been more clear about that on the site. So irritating! I'm definitely not going back there. Save your cash, folks!
Faulty products
Eh, so I've bought stuff on this website a few times now, and it's been a bummer every time. Like, the straps on one bag snapped on the first day, a carabiner on another bag was busted wide open, and a phone case fell apart in less than a month. And get this, even though these things are from different brands, they all seem to have the same problem of being crappy quality and not lasting long. And what really grinds my gears is that you can't even get a refund or return anything, so you're just stuck with junk.
My new bag
I just scored the most awesome bag ever! It was sold out everywhere else, but I found it here and I'm thrilled about it! It arrived in just a week and matched the description perfectly. The packaging was really nice and secure too. I definitely plan on shopping for more stuff here in the future!

Fastest shipping ever
The shipping was really fast, eh? Way quicker than any other company I've ordered from, except for Amazon's same day delivery, of course. I ordered from the Philippines and was blown away that the shipping included all customs and duties. I placed my order on March 27th around noon and got it on March 28th at about 8PM. The delivery speed was seriously impressive, and I was so happy to see that everything arrived in perfect shape. I definitely won't hesitate to order from here again in the future.
Lost order, unhelpful service
I ordered some stuff from this store and now my order is nowhere to be found. I tried to get in touch with customer service for help, but they're not getting back to me. It's been days since I heard anything from them. It's been a terrible experience, they don't seem to care about keeping the customers happy or finding a solution. I feel really disrespected and like I've been ripped off. I'm never shopping here again.

Black Leather Boots
I bought a pair of black leather boots from an online store not too long ago. At first, I was happy with how good they looked and how easy it was to order them. But when they arrived, they were the wrong size. I tried to reach out to the customer service for help, but I couldn't find any contact info on the site at first. Gift purchase for brother
So, I bought a pair of pants as a gift for my brother not long ago. I thought I was getting a good deal, but I should have listened to the bad reviews about the online store. Large order, poor condition & incorrect sizing
So, like I placed this huge order for over 2000 bucks, right? But when the stuff arrived, it was like in terrible shape and didn't even fit properly. And then to make things worse, returning it has been a nightmare. It's been over three weeks since I dropped it off at FedEx and still no refund! I've been emailing customer service non-stop but no one is helping me out. The way they handle returns is sketchy and it's seriously affecting how happy I am with this whole purchase.
Kanken Backpack - Broken Zipper
I bought a Kanken Backpack from this store not too long ago, and I was super disappointed with how it turned out. The zipper on the backpack ended up breaking after just a few days of using it, which basically made the bag useless. You could tell right away that the zipper was poorly put together, and it was really annoying to have wasted my money on something that didn't hold up. I got in touch with customer service about it, and they quickly sorted it out by offering me a refund or a replacement. Even though I was grateful for their fast help, it still sucked to have to deal with such a low-quality product in the first place. Defective Product
I bought something from this company not too long ago and sadly, it arrived broken. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to sort out a return, but it's been a struggle. I've sent a bunch of emails to the help desk, but didn't hear back at all until I realized their responses were getting lost in my spam folder. It's been really irritating because all I want to do is get a prepaid shipping label for the return without having to pay for it myself. The product got here fast, but the follow-up hasn't been great.
