I had a really bad time trying to return something I bought online. I got a faulty item on sale, but when I tried to return it, they said no because it was on sale. On top of that, they wanted me to pay for the return shipping, which cost a lot of money. So basically, I ended up paying for taxes, duties, shipping, and return shipping for this faulty item that I couldn't even get a refund on. It was a big waste of time and money, and I'm so frustrated with their customer service. Next time, I'm definitely going to shop somewhere else where they treat customers better.

I picked up some new tips from Keith Cunningham and Todd! They are awesome and I've been using their advice to improve things at work. Although, some of the sessions were kind of dull and we were pitched to quite a bit.

I'm really happy with the Christmas sweater I bought from this store. It came quickly and looked just like it did on the website. It fits perfectly and the design is really impressive. My experience with Virtual models was really good, eh? I liked checking out all their different models before deciding to buy one. The only problem is that their models can be copied easily by other people, which isn't great for the artists who created them. Also, their customer service took a long time to get back to me when I needed help, which was annoying. But even with these issues, I was happy with the quality of the models and how easy it was to place an order.
