Large order, poor condition & incorrect sizing
So, like I placed this huge order for over 2000 bucks, right? But when the stuff arrived, it was like in terrible shape and didn't even fit properly. And then to make things worse, returning it has been a nightmare. It's been over three weeks since I dropped it off at FedEx and still no refund! I've been emailing customer service non-stop but no one is helping me out. The way they handle returns is sketchy and it's seriously affecting how happy I am with this whole purchase.

Giftbox purchase, timely delivery
I bought a really nice giftbox for my friend's birthday from an online flower delivery service not too long ago. The website said that the giftbox would come within a certain timeframe, and I really needed it to show up on a specific date. Luckily, it arrived on the exact day I asked for, and it looked great. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the product was and how quickly it got to me. After such a good experience, I'll definitely think about using this service again down the road.
