I just bought the BedJet V3 and I'm really impressed with how well it works and its quality. After using it for about a month, I had a few small problems and contacted customer service for help. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and helpful their support team was. They quickly dealt with my concerns and made sure I was happy with the solution.

Gym gear purchases
I've been to this store a lot, eh? But I've seen a big difference in how they treat me based on what I'm wearing. Usually, when I walk in wearing my gym clothes - ya know, black leggings, runners, and my Adidas coat - I feel like the staff are sizing me up. One time, a worker even followed me around the small store, which made me feel so awkward that I just left without buying anything. But on my last visit, I was dressed in bright colors, had my hair down, and put on some makeup after brunch and a few drinks. The staff were way more friendly towards me. I also noticed that there were some black staff members there, who were super welcoming and chatted with me. In general, I find the vibe in this store kinda uncomfortable, even when I'm not in workout gear. It seems like the staff kinda look down on you, no matter how much you're spending. But my most recent trip was a nice surprise - the staff were just lovely!

Poor quality items
I had to wait a painful 4 weeks just to hear back from customer service about my order. When I finally got my items, I was so disappointed. They were such low quality and the designs were so stiff, I couldn't even wear them comfortably. I definitely suggest steering clear of this badly managed company with their below-average products.

Lost order, unhelpful service
I ordered some stuff from this store and now my order is nowhere to be found. I tried to get in touch with customer service for help, but they're not getting back to me. It's been days since I heard anything from them. It's been a terrible experience, they don't seem to care about keeping the customers happy or finding a solution. I feel really disrespected and like I've been ripped off. I'm never shopping here again.

Item exceeded expectations
This dress was amazing, it totally blew me away. I was so impressed by how well-made and cute it was. It fit me like a glove, and I felt super confident and trendy when I had it on. The material was comfy and breathable, perfect for those hot days. I was so happy I had picked this dress as an extra in my order, it's now one of my favorite pieces in my closet.

Hydrangeas
My experience with Flowerbx was a bit of a rollercoaster. The first three deliveries of gorgeous hydrangeas were perfect, but the fourth one never showed up. Turns out, it was the courier's fault - they said they tried to deliver when they really didn't. At first, customer service wasn't super helpful, but after a strongly worded email, they refunded me and sent another bouquet. It was nice of them to fix the problem, but I think a high-end product like theirs should come without any issues. Overall, I would have given them 5 stars if not for that delivery mess-up. Still, I'd recommend Flowerbx for special occasions.
