Sizing issue with great customer support
I bought something from this store not long ago, and I had a big problem with the size. The size was totally wrong, which made it really hard to figure out the right one, especially if you're in between sizes. It was kind of disappointing to get something that didn't fit like it should have, because it makes me uncertain about buying from them again. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how great their customer service was. Even though the size was off, the customer service team was super quick in handling my exchange request and they sent me a new one the very next day. I really appreciate how efficient and effective they were in addressing my concern.
Woman's size XL teeshirt
Oh my goodness, I got this absolutely amazing t-shirt and it is just so cozy and nice! But you know what? It was way too big for me, so I reached out to them and they were really awesome about it. They said they would send me a smaller size and told me to keep the big one to give to someone else or donate it. How cool is that, right?! And then, I noticed they accidentally sent the other one I purchased for my niece to a different province, but they sorted it out for me with no problems at all. I am totally going to recommend this company to all my friends and I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

The selection of t-shirts they have is amazing, with really cool and creative designs that catch your eye. However, a few of the t-shirts I got didn't say what material they were made of, and the washing instructions were only in Spanish and French, which might be a pain for people who don't speak those languages.
