The ring was customized to fit me, and even though it feels a bit lighter, the stones look nicer than my old one. The customer service team I dealt with was really professional and friendly, which made the whole thing more enjoyable. The only downside was that the delivery took longer than I thought, arriving a week later than expected, which was a bit annoying. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this jeweler for their quality stuff and top-notch customer service.

I recently bought a used bag from someone and realized it didn't have a waist strap. I searched online but couldn't find one, so I contacted Boundary. Their customer service team replied quickly, saying they would help however they could. They kept their promise and sent me the missing strap quickly and easily. I have to say, Boundary's customer service is amazing. Kailey, who assisted me, was fantastic and made sure I had a good experience. It's rare to find a company that offers top-notch gear and exceptional customer service. Big shoutout to the Boundary team!

So, like, my standing desk totally crapped out on me because one of the legs wasn't working. I texted customer service for some help and this robot person checked it out and said I needed a new part. They sent it out super fast, like within 12 hours! Now I just gotta wait for it to arrive and hopefully, it'll fix my busted desk.

I ordered the new New Balance tennis shoes from this company, but they sent me an old version instead. When I talked to customer service about it, they made me pay for return shipping and didn't give me back the original shipping cost. Their bait and switch tactics are not cool, and I won't be shopping with them again. Just a heads up if you're thinking about ordering from them, they might try to trick you too.

OpenSky was alright, I received my blender pretty fast. However, this Wolfgang Puck blender I bought isn't as good as I expected. It's remanufactured and you can totally tell. It's not as strong as my old one (RIP blender from the divorce). Also, it always smells like it's overheating whenever I use it. Not cool!
