Stolen package
I had a really crappy situation where my package got stolen after it was shipped in August 2021. I've been trying to reach customer service a bunch of times, but haven't heard back from them yet. It's been so frustrating and disappointing, especially since I was planning on surprising my wife with what was in that package. I'm gonna be a dad soon, so I was really looking forward to a better experience from this company, but it totally let me down.
Sale item mix-up
I've never had such bad customer service before. I found something on sale and showed my husband, but he ended up paying full price for it. We've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but we haven't heard back at all. It's frustrating to see a company advertise something as on sale and then charge someone else the full price on the same day. It seems dishonest and misleading. If you can't stick to your sale prices, then don't promote them, Motherhood.
Maternity clothes
I am so frustrated with the service I got from this company. I ordered some maternity clothes on April 20th and was supposed to get a tracking link within a day. But it's been 9 days now and I haven't heard anything. It's really annoying, especially when I'm getting ready for a baby in 3 months. I wish I had checked reviews before buying from them. Don't bother with this company, it's not worth the hassle.
My order to Canada
My order never came even though I was charged and it was shipped. I reckon it might be a scam, eh!
My second order with them
I bought something online, but I changed my mind when I found out it was fleece. I phoned to cancel my order, but they said they couldn't do that. Not cool, man. They should have been able to cancel it before it got sent out. I won't be purchasing from them again, their service is terrible.
bra that was 2" smaller than usual

2. Oh my goodness, I've been shopping at this store for ages. But then, I got this bra that I always buy, in the same size and everything, and it was 2 inches smaller than usual! I was really upset, but when I tried to return it or exchange it, they were like, "sorry, not sorry!" I can't believe it! Now I have to find a new favorite bra, and I'll really miss my old one. 😭Maternity clothes purchase for trip home
I made a mistake by not checking the reviews before I ordered from this company. I was really excited to get some maternity clothes for my trip back home to the United Kingdom, but it turned out to be a disaster. I spent a lot of money on the clothes and paid extra for fast delivery to make sure they got here before my trip. But now, 5 days later, the clothes still haven't even been shipped. The customer service team has been useless, not willing to cancel my order or give me my money back. Now I'm out of money and still don't have the clothes I need for my trip. It's been the worst shopping experience I've ever had.
Maternity clothes purchase
Watch out for online returns! Motherhood is exclusively online now and they charge $15 for each return, which is totally outrageous. You can't even get around the fee, even if the stuff doesn't fit right. I called their customer service and they didn't offer me any other choices. I'll definitely be shopping somewhere else from now on.
Recent online clothing purchase
My recent experience with ordering clothes online really sucked. The item I got didn't even look like the one in the picture, so I had to send it back. But it cost me an extra $15 for shipping, taxes, and fees, and I only got $6 back. I'm so not happy with this product or how the return went down. I definitely won't be buying anything else from this company.
Maternity clothing purchase
I had a bad experience recently with customer service when my maternity clothes got delivered to the wrong address. Instead of helping me fix it, they told me to go find the package and maybe take it from someone else's mailbox, which is not okay. I asked for a refund or for the clothes to be sent to me again, but they said no to both, so now I don't have the clothes I paid for. This whole thing has made me mad and sad. As a customer, I think companies should do better than this.
Dress for granddaughter's baby shower
I ordered a really nice dress for my granddaughter's baby shower on April 2nd. I even paid extra for express shipping so that it would get here on time, but it didn't even get shipped out when it was supposed to! I was really upset because I needed it for the big day. I called customer service, but they weren't much help and said I might not get it in time for the baby shower. It was so frustrating! In the end, my granddaughter had to buy a dress from TJ Maxx instead. What a letdown.
Ordered lots of maternity clothes
The maternity store has some really cute clothes, but man, their return policy is so frustrating! I ended up getting charged extra fees for returning my stuff and had to give them a call to sort it all out. Plus, the website was a total headache to navigate. I don't think I'll be shopping there again unless I'm absolutely positive I won't have to make any returns.
Maternity clothes
The maternity clothes I ordered were a total letdown, eh? So many packages went missing during delivery, and when I tried to get help from customer service, nobody got back to me. It felt like they were just taking my money without caring about how I felt as a customer, you know? And the clothes that did show up were not good quality at all. After washing them once, one shirt started falling apart, a sweater looked super old and pilly, and the colors on everything faded fast. I was really hoping for better from a store that focuses on maternity clothing.
Overpriced and poor quality clothes
I can't believe how terrible my online shopping experience was with that company. You can't change your order at all, not even right after you place it. They only give you the option to wait for your order and then pay $9.95 to return it. It feels like they're making money off of returns. The clothes they sell are really cheap and don't fit like the size chart says. Don't be fooled by the 80-90% discounts, you'll regret it.
