Review about: Motherhood
Stolen package
I had a really crappy situation where my package got stolen after it was shipped in August 2021. I've been trying to reach customer service a bunch of times, but haven't heard back from them yet. It's been so frustrating and disappointing, especially since I was planning on surprising my wife with what was in that package. I'm gonna be a dad soon, so I was really looking forward to a better experience from this company, but it totally let me down.

I recently bought some motocross gear for my kids from this website. The prices were really good, which is what caught my eye right away. However, when I tried to order online, I had a hard time figuring out the right sizes for my kids. I wish there was more info or help available for sizing to make it easier. On the bright side, the customer service team was really helpful when certain sizes I wanted weren't in stock. They got back to me quickly and tried to help me find other options that would work. The only downside was that there wasn't an option for free return shipping, which would have been nice given the sizing challenges I had. All in all, I had a pretty good shopping experience on this website.

Unauthorized Account Creation
PCloud let someone use my email to make an account without asking me. I've complained many times and asked them to delete the account, but they've done nothing. Every day, I get emails about someone trying to get into the account, but I never got an email to confirm it was made. It's annoying dealing with this mess that I didn't even start. Their customer service telling me to ask them to close the account is not okay. Why should I have to waste my time asking for something I never agreed to in the first place? Their lack of responsibility is terrible. I really suggest not doing business with this unreliable and sketchy company.

Hey there, just wanted to share a little story with you about a blouse I got as a gift. Turns out, even after I did the sizing quiz, it was way too big for me. When I tried to return it, they told me I couldn't because it was bought over two weeks before my birthday. Pretty disappointing, right? Definitely not impressed with their customer service. So I got this new computer, eh? And I wanted to transfer all my cool stuff from my old one to my shiny new one. But like, lap link totally dropped the ball, man. It didn't transfer my login and password files, which is like, so not cool. Plus, it straight up ignored some special programs that I paid big bucks to have on my old computer. And don't even get me started on trying to use the chat for help, because that was a total waste of time, eh. Overall, not impressed at all.

Delivery order mishap
So, I ordered some food for delivery the other day, eh? But, guess what? The order never showed up! Can you believe it? When I called customer service for help, they were totally useless and just brushed me off. They even hung up on me not once, but twice! Like, what the heck? This kind of crappy service is just not cool, especially when it comes to someone's meal. Not being able to fix the problem left me feeling pretty ticked off and let down. It's pretty obvious that this company needs to step up their game when it comes to taking care of their customers.
