Food delivery order
My experience with DoorDash has been a real letdown. Every time I order, my food ends up arriving late and cold. Even though I've been disappointed in the past, I decided to give them another shot, only to be faced with the same disappointing outcome. My food got lumped in with other orders, making it arrive even later. When I complained about my cold meal, I was taken aback when they offered me an 'express delivery' option for an extra charge. That's just not right - when you get food delivered, you expect it to be hot and fresh. Combining orders shouldn't mean sacrificing quality and customer satisfaction. The delivery time kept changing, getting my hopes up only to be let down. One time, it took 25 minutes for the food to finally arrive, even though the restaurant was close by. All in all, my experience with DoorDash has been pretty poor and unreliable.
Didn't get my food
Yeah, so I ordered some food and it never showed up. Can you believe that? And when I tried to get my money back, the customer service was seriously the worst. They couldn't even give me a hand. I'm super annoyed, never dealing with them again. It's ridiculous they can even stay in business treating people this way. Ugh!
Food delivery
Today, I had a pretty disappointing experience with my DoorDash delivery. The delivery guy seemed to have kept some of my food items, so I had to report these missing items. It's the first time this has happened to me with DoorDash, and it's definitely not cool. I think DoorDash should put in some measures, like maybe having cameras, to catch any delivery folks who aren't honest. It's just not right for customers to pay for stuff and have it possibly taken by the delivery person.
Late delivery, poor customer service
I just used this delivery service and I was so let down with the whole thing. They were late with the delivery, and when I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all and didn't even say sorry. I definitely won't be using them again.
Incorrect item received
Unfortunately eh, I've had a bit of a bummer experience with DoorDash's service. On my last order, they gave me the wrong item - instead of the strawberry medium milkshake I asked for, they gave me white milk. And it ain't the first time something like this has happened. I've had similar mix-ups before. Even when I showed them pictures of the wrong items, getting a refund has been a real pain. It's annoying to keep losing money 'cause of DoorDash's mistakes, y'know.
Late Deliveries, Cold Food, Double Dashing
As someone who orders delivery often, I gotta say that my recent orders have been pretty disappointing. Too many times, the delivery driver has picked up someone else's order before mine, which ends up making my food arrive late. And by the time it gets to me, it's cold and not as good as it should be. It's not cool to pay the full price for a meal that's not delivered on time and at the right temperature. I think customers like me deserve a discount or some kind of compensation for the inconvenience caused by these situations.
Food order was extremely salty
I ordered some grub from a food delivery joint the other day and it was a total letdown. I went for a chicken sandwich and fries from a place I used to dig, but this time around they were way too salty. The delivery person, called a Dasher, was on the ball and friendly, no issues there. But man, the food was nearly impossible to eat because of all the salt. I tried to get a refund through the app, but it got shot down right away. Annoyed, I gave customer service a ring to sort it out. The first rep I talked to was a nightmare. Rude, talking down to me, and straight up dismissive. I felt disrespected. He had no solutions, wouldn't let me talk to a manager, and basically told me too bad, so sad. He fake-transferred me and then hung up. Couldn't believe the dude. I had to call again and luckily, the next rep was way nicer. She was sweet, listened to me, and apologized for the first guy. She offered me a refund, credit, or a new order to make up for the lousy service. I went for the cash back and she took care of it right away. I appreciated her help, but that first rep really soured my view of the company.
Incorrect orders
I'm so frustrated with this delivery service. They keep messing up my orders, no matter how simple they are. And their customer service is basically non-existent. Whenever there's a problem with my order or the delivery person, it's almost impossible to get any help or fix it. Plus, the delivery people often have trouble speaking English, so it's hard to ask for things like extra condiments or napkins. It's ridiculous that I even have to ask for napkins in the first place, and they still mess it up. This service is a total rip-off and I'm not spending any more money on it.
Unfulfilled order
I can't believe the lack of accountability and responsibility from this delivery service, eh. After being told over and over that my item wasn't available, I thought for sure I wouldn't be charged for it. But guess what, a week later, I see on my bill that I was still charged for something I never got, eh. This is totally not cool. Customer service was totally useless and their response was like they didn't even care, eh. It's so aggravating to get charged for a mistake made by their own shopper, and I'm definitely not using this service again, eh.

I will never be using their services again and would advise others to steer clear as well, eh.
Recent order experience
I had a really bad experience with my most recent order. The delivery driver, Abby S., took the order but didn't actually drop it off where it was supposed to go. She said she did, but I never got it. That's just not cool. It left me and my family starving and let down. I used to be a delivery driver too, and I can't believe someone would behave like this.

I've had a lot of problems with this service because of my health issues, the customer service is rude, the deliveries are always messed up, they never give enough compensation, and the support staff is not helpful at all. I'm fed up with having to complain all the time and being treated badly.
Dry ice purchase
So, like, I recently placed an order for $3 worth of dry ice using a delivery service and man, what a disappointment. They ended up overcharging me $14 for the product and get this, I ended up with a regular bag of ice instead of the dry ice I actually ordered! When I reached out to both the driver and the customer service team about this mess, I got no help at all. The driver just ignored the issue and DoorDash didn't seem to care much either. And on top of everything, they still had the nerve to charge me a $2 tip for that terrible service. I gotta say, this has been by far the worst experience I've ever had with a delivery company, eh.
Unreliable service
Honestly, can you believe that I put in three different orders in the last week and only one of them actually made it to my door? The other two? Cancelled. Can you imagine the frustration of waiting for your meal, only to be left hungry and disappointed? To make matters worse, the Dasher picked up the food but never delivered it. Doordash didn't even apologize or offer any compensation for their mistakes. Like, seriously? Do they even care about their loyal customers? It's unbelievable. It's like they don't care about keeping customers happy. So, I'm definitely canceling my Dash Pass and switching to Uber Eats. What's the point of having a membership if you don't get your food?
Chemist Warehouse order delivered
So, hey, DoorDash brought my order from Chemist Warehouse, and I was like, "cool, thanks, I need my stuff." But then they were all, "Yo, we need to see your ID to make sure it's actually you." And I thought, "Okay, I'll follow the rules." But then they went ahead and took a picture of my ID, and I was like, "Wait, that's not cool, why'd you do that?" They could've just checked it and been like, "Yep, that's her." But no, they had to keep it in their system or something, and that's sketchy, man. I'm not cool with that. So, sorry DoorDash, but I won't be ordering from you again. Other delivery folks just glance quickly and move on, why can't you do that? They said it was their "policy," but who cares about policy when it's about my security, right? Ugh, eye rolls for days.
