Sunglasses purchase
My new sunglasses are amazing! I absolutely love that they're made from wood and recycled materials. Not to mention, they look fantastic on me and give me a rockstar vibe. The customer service was really great too, they assisted me in finding the ideal pair. I found the price to be quite reasonable for such stylish glasses. The delivery was fast and my new shades arrived in perfect condition. All in all, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and will definitely be a return customer.

Personalized fresh roasted coffee delivery
I've been a customer of Driftaway coffee for a few months now, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the way they treat their customers. The tasting kit they give you is so helpful in figuring out what kind of coffee you like, and I love that they customize each shipment based on your preferences. Plus, their coffee is not only tasty and fresh, but I really like that they are all about sustainability and being transparent in where they get their beans. It's nice to know that I'm supporting a company that cares about the coffee community and the farmers. Food order was extremely salty
I ordered some grub from a food delivery joint the other day and it was a total letdown. I went for a chicken sandwich and fries from a place I used to dig, but this time around they were way too salty. The delivery person, called a Dasher, was on the ball and friendly, no issues there. But man, the food was nearly impossible to eat because of all the salt. I tried to get a refund through the app, but it got shot down right away. Annoyed, I gave customer service a ring to sort it out. The first rep I talked to was a nightmare. Rude, talking down to me, and straight up dismissive. I felt disrespected. He had no solutions, wouldn't let me talk to a manager, and basically told me too bad, so sad. He fake-transferred me and then hung up. Couldn't believe the dude. I had to call again and luckily, the next rep was way nicer. She was sweet, listened to me, and apologized for the first guy. She offered me a refund, credit, or a new order to make up for the lousy service. I went for the cash back and she took care of it right away. I appreciated her help, but that first rep really soured my view of the company.

Watch at a great price
I bought a watch from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, it was a really good experience. The price for the watch was awesome, like the best I found anywhere. They gave me a discount that beat out everyone else, it was too good to pass up. Ordering was easy and I was super happy when the watch showed up just two days later. Diagramming software purchase
The diagramming software I bought from this company was amazing for my project. I had to make different flowcharts and organizational charts for a presentation, and this software really helped speed up the whole process. The interface was easy to use, and I could customize my diagrams exactly how I wanted. The templates they had were also super handy and saved me a lot of time. All in all, I was really happy with my purchase and would definitely suggest this software to anyone needing to create diagrams for their projects.
