Oddly, smiled during my presentation.

Was skeptical, delivery quick, support great — diagramming daily.

Liked it — actually helped last week, surprisingly quick, huh.
Small win, cautiously optimistic
Small win, cautiously optimistic
Worked better than expected, setup was fiddly.
Soft but not perfect
Soft but not perfect
It's soft, really handy to use, but the seam feels cheap
Battery curveball
Battery curveball
First used Sunday; battery worried me, now it lasts all day.
Desk discovery
Desk discovery
I saw it at a coworker's desk, half-sceptical — then it just clicked, weirdly.

Really pleased, quick help and friendly staff, wasn't expecting.
Mid-move relief

Mid-move, bad back, I doubted them — delivery was prompt and service reassuring.
Unboxed this morning
Unboxed this morning
Woke up and unboxed it; delivery was quick, customer service helpful. First use today — easy, small quirks though.
Almost didn't buy it
Almost didn't buy it
Wasn't sure at first, almost cancelled. Used it last weekend for my living room—surprisingly simple, I'm relieved.
Tiny workflow win

I grabbed this after a move and my back acting up — needed something quick. The interface feels tactile and simple, icons make drawing painless, though it glitches sometimes.
Late-night lifesaver
Late-night lifesaver
Midway through my thesis I was scrambling for clear diagrams; Edraw felt intuitive and steady to use, saved me time and shoulder/neck strain during long sessions — solid for academic visuals, would recommend
Unexpected charge, mixed feelings
Unexpected charge, mixed feelings
I hesitated signing up; trial seemed dodgy. Ended up with an unexpected charge of about $150 AUD, support was slow, but software works.
Daily go-to, with flaws
Daily go-to, with flaws
Overall useful but flawed, I use templates daily for social posts and quick emails — handy, but rough.
Team glue, honestly
Team glue, honestly
It really brought our team together — exactly what we needed after a mess of a reorg. We focus on priorities, add bits as we go, and planning feels calmer. Glad we tried it.
Diagram buddy that actually helps

I first saw it in a sprint demo, a dev friend tipped me, and I downloaded it on a whim. It feels light and not overbearing — drag-and-drop, nice little palettes of colour, useful for messy brain dumps. I’m oddly fond; it just makes diagrams usable, usable again.
No more PDFs, phew

neat, fast, and the sharing links actually worked. Students could open stuff immediately. Delivery felt instant — no waiting, which was a relief. I emailed support once about a link problem and they replied the same day; friendly folks. Been using it in my IT classes ever since. Quietly saved my sanity, to be honest, and students noticed too.
Mid-prep win

clean layout, lots of icons, not too cluttered. I fiddled with a chart and then it clicked; everything looked clear and I was pleased as ideas quickly took shape.
