Don't even bother buying this software! I was so disappointed with it. It wouldn't even activate, and when I tried getting help from customer service, they took forever to get back to me. And when they did, they started arguing with me about getting a refund, asking for screenshots and all that. Such a pain!

The customer service at this company is just terrible, eh? I had to keep going back and forth so many times just to renew my license, it was super frustrating. And even after paying for the renewal, the software still didn't work right, so now I'm out of money and can't even use it.

I just bought a lifetime license from this company, but I have to say it's been a huge letdown. The customer service is basically non-existent, with only "noreply" emails and when I did manage to contact them, it was really bad. Even though I paid for a lifetime license, I haven't been able to use the product for over a year.

It was a real pain, so I decided to reach out to the customer service folks for some help. My first try was a disaster - the person on the other end didn't seem to know a thing and I was so frustrated. But lucky for me, my second try got me a different, more helpful person. They walked me through everything and I was finally able to fix my problems. Gotta say, the software is impressive, but it was the awesome customer service that really saved me in the end.

I've been using this software for a long time and ran into some problems while trying to upgrade to the newest version. My first email asking for help didn't get a response right away, but I get it - things are still a bit crazy with the pandemic. When I sent a follow-up email, though, I got a quick and professional response from Ella on the Support team. She knew her stuff and helped me out in no time. I'm really happy with the support I got and how professional Ella was.
