I was really bummed out by my experience with this company. I thought I was getting a 7-day trial, but they charged me the full price right away on day one. The whole process was confusing, and the service was old-fashioned and not user-friendly. The genogram part was particularly outdated and had some really offensive homophobic and transphobic stuff. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

I bought the lifetime package about a year and a half ago, and I'm really disappointed with the service. At first, it looked like a great deal, but now they've disabled a bunch of helpful templates and want more money to unlock them. I feel like they tricked me with their misleading ads.

I was so let down by my lifetime subscription purchase. It's been a few years now, and they're saying my old software is no good anymore. They want me to buy a whole new subscription. And on top of all that, I can't even export my files from the free version I already have. It's just frustrating to put your money into something and not get what you were promised.

I bought what they said was the full version of the product, but all I got was the trial version. I've contacted customer service a few times now and still haven't gotten it sorted out. It's really annoying to be given the runaround after being deceived, eh? This isn't how a good company should be doing things, you know?
