CommunicationI needed some mind mapping software to help with our company's processes and found this brand. I decided to buy it when I saw it had both desktop and online versions. But, turns out, only the desktop version was in the purchase, and I had to pay more for the online one. I was kind of tricked by the website info, and when I asked for a refund, they said no.
