Unfortunately, my recent experience with the delivery service was really disappointing. The driver not only ate my order on the way to my place, but also took an extra $10 tip before lying and saying he reported the missing item. When I reached out to the restaurant where I ordered from, they confirmed that they did make and send out my sandwich. Even after showing them all the proof like receipts, screenshots, and photos, they still refused to give me any money back. This whole situation is upsetting and I won't be using their services again.
