I bought something not long ago and I'm having trouble getting my tracking number. I've tried emailing customer service a bunch of times but still haven't heard back. It's frustrating not knowing what's going on, especially with so many other options out there.

teeth whitening strips
Those whitening strips were such a disappointment. I was so hopeful because I had such good results with a different brand before, but man, these ones did zilch. I followed the instructions perfectly for two whole weeks, and yet my teeth stayed the same shade. It's annoying to waste money on something that was supposed to work but ended up being a dud.

Big van problem
Hey, listen to this. I booked two big vans for my nonprofit and when my friends went to get them, they had to pay way more than we were told. I had to call customer service to sort it out, and they were nice, but still, not cool. Definitely going to call back for a refund if they don't fix this!

Book C-segment car, get B-segment car instead
So, I was super pumped to pick up my rental car, and it was pretty fast and all. But then, the person at the rental place was so mean and rude. I was supposed to get this awesome Focus or Golf car (C-segment), but they gave me this strange Toyota Aqua (B-segment) instead. Like, I've never even heard of that car before! And they didn't even bother trying to help or give me a better car. They were just like, "Take it or leave it." Ugh, I was so let down. Next time, I'm definitely gonna check out a different rental spot.

Contact lenses
I'm a customer of this company and I have to say, I wouldn't recommend them at all. The customer service I got was really terrible. I ordered contact lenses from their website and gave them my eye doctor's personal number with her permission. After a week, they said the info was wrong and they couldn't contact my doctor. I know that's not true because I called her and she said they never reached out. I was so mad at their lies and laziness, I told them to either send my order right away or cancel it. But then, they said they already canceled my order when I never asked them to. It's just unbelievable that they don't want my business and still pretend like they care.

I bought some LED headlights for my truck from Raney's and I gotta say, they are top-notch quality. These headlights are super bright and have really improved how well I can see when driving at night. Installing them was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions that came with them. I'm really impressed with how durable and well they perform. I definitely suggest them to anyone wanting to upgrade their truck's lighting setup.
