Shirt, sizing, material
As a customer, I gotta say I was pretty disappointed with my recent purchase from your website. I really needed more info about that product before hitting that order button, especially details about what that shirt was made of and how its sizing works. The shirt looks great, no doubt about that, but turns out it ain't cotton or any cotton blend like I thought. And to top it off, the medium size I ordered? Way too big on me. If I had known it was made of nylon, I would've gone with a different top for sure.

I just tried a craft box subscription and it was so good! It had all the stuff for lots of craft projects, and the instructions were really clear. It was a nice way to keep the kids busy and let them be creative. And it was a fun thing to do together as a family. I really enjoyed watching my kids have fun making the crafts, and the materials were really good quality. I think you should give it a go!

Suits and dresses
While I've always had a good time shopping at Nordstrom Rack in-person, my recent online order totally let me down. I bought a bunch of suits and dresses for a special event, but when my package arrived, four out of eleven items were missing! When I reached out to customer service, they gave me wishy-washy answers and said I might not even get a refund for the missing stuff. They also mentioned that Nordstrom doesn't do anything to make up for these mistakes. Feeling frustrated and kinda cheated out of some awesome deals because of someone's mistake or bad behavior.

I just want to say, I'm really happy with the stuff I got from this company. It all started with the whitening toothpaste - I heard good things about it and saw lots of people talking about it online. The toothpaste smells great and actually made my teeth look whiter. After being a happy customer for about a year and a half, I decided to splurge on the water flosser and electric toothbrush. Both of them turned out to be way better than I thought they'd be.
Lately, I started using invisalign, so I had to stop using the whitening strips. But no worries, the whitening pen worked really well for me and gave me awesome results. My teeth stay super white and I love comparing the before and after pictures. The delivery has been super reliable too - I always get my orders in 2-3 days. Dress mix-up
I used to be a loyal customer of this company, but I've had a bunch of issues with my orders. The worst was when I got a dress I didn't even order - totally different from what was on their website. Fun small gift for company event
I really should have checked the reviews before I placed my order with this company. I was getting a cute little gift for a company event, but the website didn't say that it was out of stock. After I paid, I got an email saying the item wasn't available and no info on when it might be in stock or shipped. I asked to cancel my order and get my money back, so now I'm just waiting to see how that goes. All in all, it's been a pretty bad customer experience that has left me feeling let down and not wanting to come back.

Expensive business ticket without lounge access
So, you know how I've been saving forever to buy this super fancy business ticket, eh? Well, I finally booked it and was super pumped because I thought it would include lounge access. Camera
