    Personalized air fresheners

    I've ordered from this company before and it was a great experience, so I thought I'd try their personalized air fresheners again. But then I got a message saying there was a glitch in their system and they don't actually ship to my country. It's been two weeks now and I still haven't gotten my refund. I feel like I got scammed and I'm really disappointed in this company.

    I just bought a night light for my daughter at your store and we had a problem with it. When I got in touch with customer service, I was really happy with how helpful they were. Cameron, the customer service rep, really went out of their way to fix the issue quickly. I felt like they actually cared about me as a customer, not just another person on the phone. Thanks to Cameron, my daughter's night light is now working perfectly and she adores it. Big shoutout to Cameron for going above and beyond with their service!

    I had a bad experience with my order from this company. I bought something in December, but it never showed up. I tried contacting the company to figure out what was going on, but they never got back to me. Eventually, I did get some money back through PayPal, but it wasn't the full amount. It was frustrating not getting any updates and not getting the product.

    I bought a cute stuffed animal from the website the other day. I really liked the toy, but there was a problem with the delivery. The package got all banged up during shipping, and the delivery folks couldn't drop it off. I got in touch with customer service, and they right away said they could send me another one or give me my money back. I was really happy with how fast and helpful they were in fixing the problem. All in all, I'd say this company is great for customer service.

    Xmas shopping disaster

    So, I ordered some awesome stuff for Christmas, right? But guess what? The delivery company lost it and it never showed up. I let them know what went down and they ended up cancelling my order, saying I'd get a refund. But you know what? The refund didn't happen right away, so I had to bug them about it. They finally did it manually, but I had to wait a whole week for it. And now, they're straight up ignoring my emails. It's so frustrating, ugh.

    Overpriced tech gadget

    I was so pumped to buy this tech gadget from the company, but man, my experience was a total letdown. I got a confirmation email after placing my order, then bam, half an hour later, they tell me it's out of stock. It threw me for a loop because I needed a last-minute gift, especially since the holidays were right around the corner. It feels like they're cool keeping our money without giving us any info about what's actually available.

    I'm really disappointed with the service I've gotten after ordering and paying for my item on November 28th. I've been trying to track the parcel and get in touch with the seller, but I still haven't received it. The tracking info hasn't been updated since December 2nd, and when I asked Yodel for help, they told me to contact the seller. I've sent lots of emails and even asked for a refund, but I haven't heard anything back. This kind of customer service is not okay, and it's making me feel frustrated and unhappy with my shopping experience.

    Secret Santa gift

    I bought a Secret Santa gift from this place and it's been a complete disaster. I ordered it 10 days ago and they said it would arrive in 2-3 days. It's been 10 days now and I haven't heard anything about my order. There's no tracking info, so I think they haven't even sent it out. I've tried contacting customer service several times but they're just ignoring me. This is so frustrating and not cool at all.

    What a total waste of time and money, eh? I ordered this thing and decided to have it sent to my work address 'cause I'm never home during the day, right? But those delivery folks couldn't even bother to drop it off there. They kept saying it was on its way, but it never actually arrived, you know?     Bought a pair of cups

    I just got some cups from this website. Ordering them was a total disaster. I couldn't even find them on the English site, so I had to go to the European one to send them to Ireland. The shipping was £10, which was already a lot, and then they asked for another £12 in an email! It would have been cheaper for me to just go there and get the cups myself. When they finally arrived, they were a real letdown. The material was cheap and both cups had scratches all over them. Definitely not what I had in mind.

    Botched Valentine's Day delivery

    This service is just terrible. My son ordered a Valentine's Day gift, but it got sent to the wrong address the day before. Now both the courier company and Firebox are blaming each other, no one wants to fix the mistake! It's obvious the package went to the wrong house, but Firebox won't give a refund or send a replacement. What a sketchy way to do business.

    I recently bought this tech gadget from Firebox and it totally exceeded my expectations, eh!     Faulty lock for the whiskey escape game

    So, I bought this really neat whiskey escape game, but the lock doesn't work properly. I spoke to Dejan and he promised me a refund, but it hasn't come through yet. And then Sharon refunded me for the wrong item! Now they're not even responding to my messages! I'm getting really frustrated, I might have to reach out to trading standards! Their customer service went from great to awful in no time.

    I really should have checked the reviews before I placed my order with this company. I was getting a cute little gift for a company event, but the website didn't say that it was out of stock. After I paid, I got an email saying the item wasn't available and no info on when it might be in stock or shipped. I asked to cancel my order and get my money back, so now I'm just waiting to see how that goes. All in all, it's been a pretty bad customer experience that has left me feeling let down and not wanting to come back.

    So hey, I bought some stuff from this place without checking any reviews first, and then when I saw them, I was kinda freaking out. But everything turned out fine, ya know? Some folks were saying their stuff didn't arrive in 2-4 days like it says when you order, but I think they should just give an exact date instead. For me, it was supposed to be early January, but it arrived today and everything was good.
