I was so pumped to buy this tech gadget from the company, but man, my experience was a total letdown. I got a confirmation email after placing my order, then bam, half an hour later, they tell me it's out of stock. It threw me for a loop because I needed a last-minute gift, especially since the holidays were right around the corner. It feels like they're cool keeping our money without giving us any info about what's actually available.

The driver was so helpful when my flight got in early and I needed to catch an earlier bus from Vienna airport to Bratislava. I wasn't sure what to do since my ticket was for a later bus, but the driver helped me and a few others switch our tickets so we could get to Bratislava sooner. He was so willing to assist and quick in sorting everything out, which really made a difference in making sure the trip went well without any stress. I was really grateful for his professionalism and kindness. It definitely added to the overall positive experience of taking the bus.

I'm really disappointed that they don't offer certificates anymore! It's really important for companies like mine to have them for bacteria and approval and everything like that.

This language learning tool has been really helpful for me. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I'm still figuring out which level works best for my two languages. I've realized that my mistakes mostly come from misunderstanding the images instead of the written or spoken parts. It would be nice if some of the images were bigger to make them clearer. This software has been awesome for practicing my pronunciation, which is super important when learning a new language. In general, using this tool has helped me solidify what I've been learning in my in-person language classes.

I just bought a subscription that ended up being a total waste of money. The service didn't work like they promised, and when I asked for help, they were not helpful at all and took forever to respond. It feels like all they care about is getting your money without actually giving you any real service or support. It's so frustrating to spend your money on something that doesn't work and then have the company not even try to make it right.
