I recently bought Boom 3D on sale last month, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with it. Even if I paid full price, it would still be worth every penny. The company has a bunch of great apps, but I'm especially impressed with Boom 3D - it's top-notch quality and works really well. I did run into a little problem when I was installing it, but the customer service team was quick to help me out and fix it in no time. Overall, I'd definitely suggest this product to anyone looking for a good audio enhancer.
Software purchase
I've tried calling customer service a few times about the problems I've been having with the software I bought, but I keep getting slow and not very helpful answers. It's really frustrating to not get the help I need from a company that claims to be all about customer service. I agree with other folks who aren't happy with the support they've gotten. Customers should feel like they matter and that they'll get help when they need it. Next time you're looking for software, I'd suggest checking out other options.
Recent software purchase
I just bought some new software from this company and man, I ran into some issues with it being stuck in trial mode. I used to really like their stuff, but I keep running into this pesky problem where I have to deauthorize the old account every time I switch computers. It's getting pretty frustrating, tbh. Last time this happened, their customer service was MIA so I ended up having to solve the problem on my own. I think I'm just gonna go back to using free software like Equalizer APO for now.
Boom app
At first, I absolutely loved the Boom app, eh! It was super cool and made my music sound so amazing. But now, it's just not working properly, you know? After only 20 seconds, it stops playing my tunes. I tried reaching out to them but didn't hear a peep back. It's just not worth it, eh! Save your money and skip it.
Cross-platform audio software purchase
I just bought this audio software that works on my Android, Windows, and Mac devices. It really steps up my listening game. The price is good, especially when it's on sale, plus you get two activations per purchase. Just keep in mind that the activations don't work across all platforms, and the Android version still has a few bugs that need sorting out. But even with these issues, the software has made the sound quality on all my devices way better. It's definitely worth it for anyone who loves music.
Overcharged subscription
I just got charged for a subscription that I already had! I tried contacting them several times but all I got were automated responses. They don't really assist their customers, which is so annoying. They really need to improve their customer service game.
Software purchase issue
I purchased this software a few years ago and it worked well at first. But when I tried to install it on a new computer, I ran into a big issue. The software didn't recognize my Facebook login, which I used when I first registered the product. I contacted customer service several times, but the problem was never fixed. It seems like they stopped allowing Facebook logins on purpose to make customers buy the software again with a different login. It's frustrating because the software is really good when it's working.
Subscription
I just bought a subscription that ended up being a total waste of money. The service didn't work like they promised, and when I asked for help, they were not helpful at all and took forever to respond. It feels like all they care about is getting your money without actually giving you any real service or support. It's so frustrating to spend your money on something that doesn't work and then have the company not even try to make it right.
Boomr sound enhancer
I just got this Boomr sound enhancer and I have to say, it really changes the game when it comes to MacBook speaker quality. The sound is so clear and crisp now, it's a whole different vibe. But one thing that bugs me is how it automatically boosts the volume of all audio, even when I'm using headphones. It's a bit annoying when I want to keep it low-key.
On the bright side, I found out that you can actually customize Boomr’s settings for different applications like VLC, Safari, Chrome, and system sounds. It took me a bit to figure it out since it only shows options for open programs, but once I got the hang of it, it was a breeze to manage. Now, I’ve set it to only work with VLC and iTunes, which has really upped my Boomr game. Being able to adjust it for different apps is a pretty cool feature.
