Sleep aid device
This sleep aid thingy is great when I use earplugs to block out my partner's snores. It's a bit tight on my nose so it's kinda uncomfortable. I wish the app had more music options, all I can find are stories being narrated. I end up using other music apps along with this one to get the nature sounds and chill tunes I like better.

I bought a new phone
I got a new phone from this website, but they sent me a used one instead! When I asked for a refund, they said they needed to inspect the phone first. Like, obviously it's used! The person I spoke to said they don't usually send used phones, so why did I get one? Seems suspicious! Also, turns out the return address is a sketchy place with terrible reviews for phones. Why would Mint Mobile use them? I'm really let down.

Cold coffee disappointment
I bought this fancy coffee maker hoping to have a great cup of coffee every morning. Sadly, even after cleaning it twice like they said, the coffee still isn't hot enough. I'm pretty disappointed, especially considering how expensive it was. The customer service rep I talked to was nice and knew their stuff, but their suggestion didn't help. I'm frustrated that I missed an email from Breville, and now the link they sent has expired, so it's hard to get the help I need to fix this. I've put in a complaint on their website, but nobody has reached out to help yet. I'm hoping Breville gets in touch soon to fix this so I can finally enjoy a hot cup of coffee like they promised.

I bought this Norton package thinking it would have me covered for everything for at least 15 years. But turns out I still had to buy more drivers, and only one got updated. Now, I'm trying to activate a tracking blocker and it's giving me a hard time. I'm visually impaired, so I thought Norton would take care of me in every situation, but it looks like that's not the case.

I wanna give you all a heads up as a customer who was really let down by this company. I decided to order some swimwear, but then I saw some bad reviews on Reddit and instantly regretted it. So, I cancelled my order super fast, like within 15 minutes. But then Modlily said I’d get my money back, but that didn’t happen. They told me I could get store credit but I wasn’t interested in that at all. I even showed them proof from our chat that I cancelled, but they still wouldn’t refund me. I got my bank involved and showed them more proof, but Modlily didn’t keep their promise. They didn’t even send me the product, but still wouldn’t give me my money back. It’s really disappointing and unprofessional how they handled the situation. It’s just so frustrating.

I recently had a super frustrating time with getting a refund for cancelling my vacation. Even though they told me I'd get my money back in 3-5 days, it actually took a whopping 3 weeks! Hey guys, I snagged an open box router from this awesome website and it came in perfect condition, just like they said it would. Difficulty placing order
Geez, trying to place an order on their website was a total nightmare. A few days ago, I tried to buy something but ran into all sorts of problems. First off, I couldn't get the code needed for checkout, even though the website said it was an automatic thing. I sent an email asking for help, and today I finally got a response, but it didn't even address my checkout problem. I asked for a phone number, called them up, got a new password, and tried to checkout again. And guess what? The "review order" button wouldn't even work. After another call to customer service, I managed to place my order over the phone, and they said they sent me a confirmation email. Strangely enough, I never got that confirmation, even after checking my spam folder like they told me to. I was so frustrated that I decided to email them and cancel my order, but then they called me back just to confirm the cancellation and hung up on me right after. Can you believe it? This company really needs to get it together, for real.

I recently got a Cuddle Clone made of my pet that sadly passed away not long ago. I even paid extra to speed up the delivery and gave them lots of details and photos to make sure they got my pet's look just right. But when the Cuddle Clone finally came, I was so disappointed. It didn't really look like my pet at all, only a few similarities in the fur color. I reached out to customer service to ask for changes, and even though I followed their return instructions right away, it took them more than five months to send me a picture of the new version. It still didn't look like what they showed on their website. I'm glad they eventually gave me a full refund, but the whole process was really frustrating and sad.
