I recently had a super frustrating time with getting a refund for cancelling my vacation. Even though they told me I'd get my money back in 3-5 days, it actually took a whopping 3 weeks! Hey guys, I snagged an open box router from this awesome website and it came in perfect condition, just like they said it would. I haven't had the chance to set it up yet, but I got it at a better price than on a well-known shopping site. I'm crossing my fingers that it functions properly since it's open box. It would have been nice if they offered tech support for setup, but I think I can manage using the instructions from the cable company that the new router is replacing.

Difficulty placing order
Geez, trying to place an order on their website was a total nightmare. A few days ago, I tried to buy something but ran into all sorts of problems. First off, I couldn't get the code needed for checkout, even though the website said it was an automatic thing. I sent an email asking for help, and today I finally got a response, but it didn't even address my checkout problem. I asked for a phone number, called them up, got a new password, and tried to checkout again. And guess what? The "review order" button wouldn't even work. After another call to customer service, I managed to place my order over the phone, and they said they sent me a confirmation email. Strangely enough, I never got that confirmation, even after checking my spam folder like they told me to. I was so frustrated that I decided to email them and cancel my order, but then they called me back just to confirm the cancellation and hung up on me right after. Can you believe it? This company really needs to get it together, for real.
