Calendar purchase
The company tricked me by not telling me about the pricey delivery fee for my calendar order. They didn't mention the £12 charge upfront, I only found out about it after I bought the calendar. It felt sneaky and like a surprise cost that I wasn't ready for. I think I only bought it because of a voucher I used for a Cyber Monday deal, which is really disappointing and feels like a trick. The company should be more honest about their delivery fees and not hide important information in the fine print. I want to know why the delivery fee is so high, it doesn't make sense for a calendar to cost that much to ship. This whole thing has made me feel like I got scammed, and I would tell others to be careful with this company.

Faulty gaming system
So, I bought a gaming system from this company and it crapped out on me after only 5 days of use. I reached out to their tech support, and they sent me some DIY instructions to try and fix it. Didn't work though. They then offered to send me a new system or exchange my broken one. I went with the exchange and sent back my system as they told me to.

certificate missing, bad service
Oh my goodness, I completed my course a while back and still haven't received my certificate, like seriously? I reached out to them and all they do is give me excuses and take forever to respond. It's frustrating because the course was really enjoyable and interesting, but their customer service is terrible. I'm going to suggest to the University that they look for a new provider because this situation is so annoying. 🙄

Misleading description
This thing I bought was such a waste of time and money. The description totally lied to me, and I wouldn't have bothered if I knew the truth. Now I gotta deal with the headache of returning it and crossing my fingers for a refund. But from what I've seen in other people's reviews, I'm not too hopeful.

I was a bit concerned because of some bad reviews, but I got my iPad Pro 256gb today and it was brand new, still sealed. It even had a UK plug included. Plus, it came with an Apple warranty until 2025 and I could easily sign up for Apple care. All of this for just $740.99 - what a steal! I placed my order on Saturday the 13th and even though there were some nerve-wracking tracking updates from DPD, it arrived within the expected 6-8 working days. I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Honestly, I was so impressed with the stuff I got from this company. The beads and jewelry supplies were amazing and just what I needed. And let me tell you, the customer service was top notch. They were quick to help me out with any questions or issues, and that was even during the pandemic. Plus, the prices were really good, so it was hard to resist buying more stuff.
