My order took forever to ship

My order literally took forever to ship and I had to shoot them an email to check on it. When I finally asked to cancel because it was dragging out, all of a sudden they sent me an email the very next day saying it was on its way. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

Disappointing customer service

The customer service at this store is just awful, eh? I emailed them a bunch of times and got no response. I even had to resort to reaching out on social media just to hear back. Finally placed an order and it took two weeks to get an email saying it was shipped. Two weeks later, I get another email saying my order was canceled. Clearly, they never had any intention of sending my item. I'd recommend others not bother wasting their time and money here, especially with how pricey their stuff is, eh?

Order delay and unresponsive customer service

I recently bought something online and ran into some issues with the shipping. Even though the tracking said it was on its way, it never actually got to the shipping company. I tried reaching out to customer service through chat and email, but got no reply. This lack of communication made me worried about whether my order was ever going to show up, or if I needed to dispute the charge with my credit card. It was frustrating dealing with this, especially since the customer service was so lacking.

Perfectly curated high-end fashion

The store's got some really fancy high-end fashion that I just can't get enough of. The pieces are carefully chosen and just ooze elegance and style. But gotta be real, the prices are a bit steep, which kinda puts me off. It'd be nice to have some more budget-friendly stuff to make sure everyone can treat themselves.

Misleading sizing, poor customer service, late delivery

My experience with this company was a total nightmare, eh. The sizes of the stuff I bought were way off, even though they said online the measurements were accurate, eh. When I tried to swap the items or ask about what they had in stock, I just got confused and unhelpful answers, eh. The customer service was practically non-existent, since my emails were ignored and I couldn't get a clear answer about whether the products were available, eh.

Two pairs of shoes

I ordered two pairs of shoes on November 22nd, but I haven't heard anything about shipping since then. I've tried emailing and messaging on Instagram, but no one has gotten back to me from customer service. It's pretty disappointing that there's been no communication, and I'm getting worried about getting my stuff before I leave on my trip. I really like supporting smaller businesses, but when things like this happen, it can be frustrating and make it tough to keep doing so.

Dress mix-up

I used to be a loyal customer of this company, but I've had a bunch of issues with my orders. The worst was when I got a dress I didn't even order - totally different from what was on their website. I contacted customer service right away, but didn't hear back for a whole week. And when they finally got back to me, they basically made it seem like I was imagining things and that they didn't mess up. I was pretty let down by the lack of responsibility on their part and their seeming lack of interest in fixing things.

Sustainable clothing, fast shipping

The service at this place was honestly amazing. The staff was so helpful and attentive, making sure my order was processed quickly. Even though the shipping was a bit pricey, it arrived surprisingly fast - exactly as they promised. And the clothes themselves are so cute and great quality. I absolutely love it!

New pants

I got these new pants and they were super cute! But then I went and got a stain on them from eating ice cream too fast (oops). I sent them an email and they were so nice about it, and they sent me a new pair right away. It was like magic!
