My order literally took forever to ship and I had to shoot them an email to check on it. When I finally asked to cancel because it was dragging out, all of a sudden they sent me an email the very next day saying it was on its way. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

The customer service at this store is just awful, eh? I emailed them a bunch of times and got no response. I even had to resort to reaching out on social media just to hear back. Finally placed an order and it took two weeks to get an email saying it was shipped. Two weeks later, I get another email saying my order was canceled. Clearly, they never had any intention of sending my item. I'd recommend others not bother wasting their time and money here, especially with how pricey their stuff is, eh?

But gotta be real, the prices are a bit steep, which kinda puts me off. It'd be nice to have some more budget-friendly stuff to make sure everyone can treat themselves.

It's pretty disappointing that there's been no communication, and I'm getting worried about getting my stuff before I leave on my trip. I really like supporting smaller businesses, but when things like this happen, it can be frustrating and make it tough to keep doing so.

The service at this place was honestly amazing. The staff was so helpful and attentive, making sure my order was processed quickly. Even though the shipping was a bit pricey, it arrived surprisingly fast - exactly as they promised. And the clothes themselves are so cute and great quality. I absolutely love it!

I got these new pants and they were super cute! But then I went and got a stain on them from eating ice cream too fast (oops). I sent them an email and they were so nice about it, and they sent me a new pair right away. It was like magic!
