I was so let down by my online shopping experience. The clothes I got were totally different from what I saw on the website. They were low quality and didn't fit right at all. I used to think this store was top-notch and super classy, but now I know that's not true. I'll definitely be more cautious before buying from them again.

As a customer, I was really looking forward to getting great service, but I was totally let down. The person I talked to seemed like they knew what they were doing, but they forgot to give me credit for renewing my subscriptions ahead of time. It's just frustrating when you're counting on a certain level of service and it doesn't come through.

The customer service at this store is just awful, eh? I emailed them a bunch of times and got no response. I even had to resort to reaching out on social media just to hear back. Finally placed an order and it took two weeks to get an email saying it was shipped. Two weeks later, I get another email saying my order was canceled. Clearly, they never had any intention of sending my item. I'd recommend others not bother wasting their time and money here, especially with how pricey their stuff is, eh?

I bought the Ramverk Pro backpack two months ago after doing a lot of research online for a new backpack. But after just 2 months, the thread on the laptop pouch zipper came off from the lining inside. I want to mention that I didn't handle it roughly or pull it abnormally. I've been trying to reach out to the customer service team for a week now, hoping to sort this out quickly. I hope someone from the company will get back to me soon and help me fix this.
