7 Day Trial Period
I was really bummed out by my experience with this company. I thought I was getting a 7-day trial, but they charged me the full price right away on day one. The whole process was confusing, and the service was old-fashioned and not user-friendly. The genogram part was particularly outdated and had some really offensive homophobic and transphobic stuff. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

Deceptive billing practices
I was totally surprised to see some sketchy charges on my account after canceling my free trial with them. Even though I got the cancellation confirmation, they still went ahead and took my money. I'm definitely going to warn all my friends and contacts to steer clear of this company. As a biz owner myself, I can't stand for shady stuff like this.

Soooo many cute jewelry pieces!
OMG, Daisy's jewelry is amazing! I love how unique and beautiful their designs are. The quality is top-notch, and the packaging feels so fancy. Shipping is super fast, which is great for someone like me who always forgets to buy gifts until the last minute.

New headphones
I got these new headphones from the store and I was super pumped to test them out! But then they started acting up, and when I asked for help, the customer service was brutal. They didn't want to assist me and even accused me of stealing the headphones. I was really let down by their lack of help and disrespect towards customers.

Expensive boots, double charged, still waiting for refund
Hey, so I bought these boots online for $300, but there was a problem with the payment. They said I'd get a refund right away, but I ended up reordering them, paying another $300, and getting the boots. Now I've shelled out $600 for one pair of boots! When I went to the Patrizia Pepe store on Leidsestraat in Amsterdam, the staff told me to email head office. Still waiting on that $300 refund.
