Gift purchase disappointment
Just wanted to share my recent experience with a purchase I made at this store. Honestly, I was really disappointed. The thing I bought was pricey and I was expecting top-notch quality. But when it showed up, the packaging was terrible, the gift card looked cheap, and the returns form was all crumpled. It was so embarrassing, I had to rush out and find a decent gift bag to make it look presentable. And on top of all that, I shelled out extra cash for next day delivery, but it ended up being dropped off way out of my way, making it a hassle to pick up. Just wasn't impressed at all.
