Just got my Kuiu gear and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how well-made and high-performing it is. The materials are top-notch and you can tell the designs have been tested in the field for the best results. I'm really looking forward to trying them out on my next hunting trip and seeing how they hold up.

Plant-based trees and CBD products
The products at this place are seriously top-notch. From the trees to the CBD balms, everything is top quality and really stands out. The trees have such unique qualities and are clearly well taken care of. The CBD products are amazing too, especially the full spectrum CBG/CBD - what a game-changer. SuperTrees really knows how to deliver quality. However, the customer service could be better. I found the staff a bit distant and not very helpful. It's a shame because the products are so good. The pricing is a bit high, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. Delivery was fast and efficient. Overall, great products but customer service needs improvement.

Cheap outdoor sofa set
The patio furniture I bought was total garbage when it arrived - some pieces were busted up from shipping. Ugh, I didn't feel like going through the hassle of returning it, so I just sucked it up. Then it got even worse - they put it on sale a few days later, but instead of getting my money back for the difference, they only offered me store credit. Shayna's emails didn't make the situation any better.

Clothing items purchased
I gotta tell ya, I recently bought some clothes online and unfortunately, a few of them didn't fit right and didn't look as great in person as they did on the website. I tried to exchange them at the store, but the staff seemed confused about their return policy. They told me that they don't do returns for online purchases in-store anymore, and I'd have to send the items back through USPS and pay a $5 shipping fee. It was so frustrating and disappointing to deal with their inconsistent customer service policies. I've been shopping at this store for a long time, so I was expecting better from them.
