Rechargeable nail drill replacement
So, I bought this rechargeable nail drill from this company on Black Friday. But when I got it, the hand piece was messed up - for some reason, the forward and reverse were the wrong way around. I reached out to customer service and showed them a video of the problem. They didn't waste any time and sent me a new one right away. It actually worked properly this time!
