Multiple shipment order
I recently made an order that needed to be shipped in multiple packages. Unfortunately, one of the packages showed up later than expected. But when I contacted customer service for help, they were really great. They gave me all the info I needed, like a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. And sure enough, the package arrived just 3 days later. The customer service team kept in touch with me throughout the whole process to make sure everything was going well and that I was happy with my order. Their attention to detail and how much they cared about making sure I was satisfied was really impressive.
