As someone who's been in the industry for a while now, I've been dealing with issues around direct marketing lists at this company for over four years. Despite trying many times to get off their mailing list, I still keep getting their promo emails. I even reached out to them and was told my email would be removed, but I still get emails thanking me for orders I never made. It's really frustrating and unprofessional to see this kind of disregard for customer requests.

My Hair Gummies order
So, you know, I placed an order for some hair gummies on November 28th. I found this amazing promo code in an email that said I could get $100 off because I've been such a loyal customer. The email mentioned the code would expire on the 29th and couldn't be used on previous orders, so I made sure to follow the rules. The code worked, and I got a confirmation email saying my order went through.
When I tried to check on my order on December 8th, they were super busy fulfilling orders, so I had to wait. Then after four inquiries on December 23rd, they informed me that my order was cancelled because they reached their order limit of 10,000. But why confirm it if they were just going to cancel it? I wasn't a big fan of shopping at this company's physical store - their selection was limited and the in-store staff weren't the greatest. But when I decided to try out their online store, it was a whole new ball game. I was blown away by the variety of choices and how simple and fast it was to exchange items. Shopping online with this company feels like a much safer option for me.
