I've been a customer of this company for so long and their products have always been amazing, but this time, ugh, not impressed. My last order had way fewer ingredients, 15 days less in a subscription, and it cost more! And now they're introducing a mysterious secret blend? What's up with that? Why are they keeping secrets from us about what we're putting into our bodies?

I ordered some hair vitamins, and they got stuck at customs, so they sent them back. I contacted the company, and they said I could get a refund minus the shipping, or they could send it to a new address. I decided to have it sent to Tunisia, and it got there with no problems. I haven't tried the vitamins yet, though.

I just bought some hair vitamins from this company and I have to say, I am really disappointed with the customer service. When I ordered, they gave me a tracking number that didn't even work. I tried to contact them through email and Messenger several times, but they just kept ignoring me. It's frustrating to not get any updates on my order and not know when it will arrive. I bought some hair supplements from this store that are pretty much the same as another brand I've tried, Yumi Nutrition. They do the trick, but they're a bit pricey compared to Yumi. Personally, I'd rather save some cash and go with the cheaper option.
