Recent order, formulation change, fewer ingredients
I've been a customer of this company for so long and their products have always been amazing, but this time, ugh, not impressed. My last order had way fewer ingredients, 15 days less in a subscription, and it cost more! And now they're introducing a mysterious secret blend? What's up with that? Why are they keeping secrets from us about what we're putting into our bodies?
Hair vitamins
I ordered some hair vitamins, and they got stuck at customs, so they sent them back. I contacted the company, and they said I could get a refund minus the shipping, or they could send it to a new address. I decided to have it sent to Tunisia, and it got there with no problems. I haven't tried the vitamins yet, though.
Hair vitamins purchase
I just bought some hair vitamins from this company and I have to say, I am really disappointed with the customer service. When I ordered, they gave me a tracking number that didn't even work. I tried to contact them through email and Messenger several times, but they just kept ignoring me. It's frustrating to not get any updates on my order and not know when it will arrive. I think this kind of bad customer service is totally unacceptable.
Hair supplements, similar to a brand called Yumi Nutrition
I bought some hair supplements from this store that are pretty much the same as another brand I've tried, Yumi Nutrition. They do the trick, but they're a bit pricey compared to Yumi. Personally, I'd rather save some cash and go with the cheaper option.
Hair vitamins, gifts, excellent customer service
Oh my goodness, these hair vitamins are amazing!! I received my order so quickly and they even included a $100 off coupon for my next purchase. And they added some adorable gifts in my package. The customer service team was incredibly friendly and helpful, I really enjoy ordering from this place. This was like the third time I bought their vitamins and I absolutely suggest them to all my buddies.

I gave those hair gummies a shot for a few months, but they didn't really help my hair grow at all. I was so let down by the results, or should I say, the lack of results.

American website, cheaper than in Denmark, no customs fees
I just bought some hair vitamins from a website in the States and they arrived about a week and a half after they were sent out. I was so happy because I got them for a couple hundred kroner less than in Denmark, and I didn't have to pay any extra fees at the border. I haven't figured out yet if they actually work, so I'm still trying them out. Hopefully they do the trick!

Expensive order, placed on 21st November, still not received
I'm really upset with the customer service I got from this company. I placed a big order on November 21st, but I still haven't gotten my stuff. I tried reaching out on Facebook and email a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. It's so annoying and not cool to be kept in the dark about my order for so long. I thought this company was gonna be great, but their bad communication and customer service have let me down big time.
Dry hair/skin, brittle nails
I've always had issues with dry hair, dry skin, and brittle nails. I thought I'd try this product out, and after finishing one bottle in about 6 weeks, I can honestly say I've seen some real improvement. My hair has actually grown about an inch, my nails aren't as weak, and my skin isn't as dry anymore. It's not like a miracle or anything, but it definitely helped me out a lot.
Cute Vitamins
I was unsure about buying these vitamins online, but after doing some research and seeing all the good reviews, I just had to try them. And let me tell you, they are really tasty! I haven't seen much difference in my hair length yet, but it's still early. However, I did notice that my hair is falling out less, which is a win for me! I've been taking these gummy vitamins for 2 months and they really helped my lashes and hair grow longer and thicker. Plus, they taste like yummy gummy bears! I took two every morning.
Hair supplement purchase
I bought a hair supplement from this company not long ago and gave it a try for a few weeks. Unfortunately, I noticed that my skin started breaking out and I ended up with some pretty big pimples. I had to stop using the supplement, but luckily once I did, my skin went back to normal and the big pimples disappeared. I'm curious if anyone else had the same problem with this product. I've decided not to use or buy it again and will just stick to using argan oil for my hair care instead.
My Hair Gummies order
So, you know, I placed an order for some hair gummies on November 28th. I found this amazing promo code in an email that said I could get $100 off because I've been such a loyal customer. The email mentioned the code would expire on the 29th and couldn't be used on previous orders, so I made sure to follow the rules. The code worked, and I got a confirmation email saying my order went through.
When I tried to check on my order on December 8th, they were super busy fulfilling orders, so I had to wait. Then after four inquiries on December 23rd, they informed me that my order was cancelled because they reached their order limit of 10,000. But why confirm it if they were just going to cancel it?
