I've been taking these probiotics for a while now and to be honest, they were just alright. At first, I didn't really feel much of a difference, but after a few months, I did notice a little boost in my energy. However, I didn't have any big changes like some people mentioned. I do like that they are delivered right to my door and have different blends for different seasons, but overall, I wasn't overly impressed.
