CommunicationI'm really upset with the customer service I got from this company. I placed a big order on November 21st, but I still haven't gotten my stuff. I tried reaching out on Facebook and email a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. It's so annoying and not cool to be kept in the dark about my order for so long. I thought this company was gonna be great, but their bad communication and customer service have let me down big time.
