I ordered some hair vitamins, and they got stuck at customs, so they sent them back. I contacted the company, and they said I could get a refund minus the shipping, or they could send it to a new address. I decided to have it sent to Tunisia, and it got there with no problems. I haven't tried the vitamins yet, though.

I recently bought some hair growth gummies from this company, but I've had a pretty rough time with my order. They sent me a promo code for a discount which got me excited to give the product a shot. Sadly, even though I placed my order right away, it's been almost 2 months now and I still haven't got my package. I've tried contacting them a bunch of times, but all I get back are vague responses and more waiting. It's frustrating feeling like they're just giving me the runaround, especially since I was really looking forward to trying the gummies. Turns out, the promo code was sent to a whole bunch of folks by mistake, which is pretty disappointing considering how great it seemed at first. I'm hoping they sort this mess out and come up with a solution for all of us loyal customers who got caught up in this mix-up.

Two months back, I used a discount code for regular customers, but I still haven't gotten my order or any updates on shipping.
