I just bought some collagen peptides online, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! I asked the company to test for heavy metals, but they couldn't do it. And when I wanted a refund because of this scary news, they said no because I had already opened the product. Their lack of responsibility and disregard for their customers' health is really upsetting. I recommend being careful when buying from companies like this.
Recent purchase disappointment
I just bought this product that I've been using for, like, a whole year, and I gotta say, I'm really bummed out about it. Before, the powder would just disappear into my drink, leaving no weird color or taste behind. Now, it just chills on top of my drink in big ol' clumps. And let me tell ya, it makes my drink look all foggy and totally messes with the taste. I recently bought some protein powder and collagen peptides from this company, but I've gotta say, I've been pretty let down with how things have gone. Even though I gave them the right address, my package didn't end up getting to me because the suburb they wrote on the package was wrong. I've got proof from the shipping company that it didn't actually get to me, but the company still hasn't found the package in their warehouse so they can figure out how to fix it. It's been frustrating waiting for over a month just to have to deal with all this back and forth.
Thickens my drink
Hey, I just wanted to mention something I recently purchased that thickens up my drink. I attempted to leave a review somewhere else, but got denied, so I'm sharing with you here instead. It's not exactly my favorite because it's not as flavorless as they claim, but it's not terrible. It's pretty nasty in cold drinks, but not bad in hot ones. So far, I haven't noticed any improvements in my hair or skin.
Chocolate Collagen Peptides purchase
I recently bought the Chocolate Collagen Peptides and honestly, I'm really disappointed. Like, for real. I was shocked to see a warning on the container about maybe being exposed to lead. I mean, how does a thing supposed to make you healthy have a scary warning like that? It's just weird to see a label that's all like, "Hey, get ready for wellness!" but then it's like, "Be careful, there's lead." It's not cool to sell something like that to people, you know? It's not right to have something so risky out there, especially selling it in big stores like Walmart. Eh, so I was like, I thought I cancelled my subscription, but they went and renewed it anyway! I had to call them up and be all "Um, excuse me, I already cancelled this" and they finally stopped it. But now I'm still waiting for my refund, hello?! And like, everyone I talked to there was so rude and not helpful at all. Ugh, not impressed at all.

I was really looking forward to getting glowing skin and shiny hair from this product, but all it did was give me terrible headaches and neck pain. It didn't help me at all and just kept me up all night without any sleep. Even though the packaging is nice, the results were disappointing. Their customer service rep, Ali, asked for my personal bank statements instead of giving me any proof of a refund. It's been super frustrating and disappointing, so I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company.
Flavored Collagen Proteins
I gotta say, I decided to give those fancy flavored collagen proteins from this company a shot, and man, was that a mistake. The taste was way too artificial and strong, couldn't even finish my drink. Gonna stick with the unflavored version from now on. The unflavored collagen proteins are awesome, they dissolve real quick in hot drinks with no clumps. But when it comes to cold drinks, it's a whole different ball game. Clumping galore and the mix gets all slimy - ain't nobody want that. Tried mixing it in all sorts of cold drinks, but it just won't fully dissolve unless I throw it in my Nutri-bullet or blender. Not sure if this is a problem with just this company or if it's common with powdered collagen supplements.

I can't believe how incompetent and uncaring the customer service team at this company is. I've been trying to contact them about my order for weeks now, and it's starting to feel impossible. I should have checked reviews before buying from them, and now I'm kicking myself for it. My package from another country
I ordered something and it turned into a disaster, eh! They didn't even tell me it was coming from another country, so it took forever to get here, eh.
