Attempted refund for undelivered package
I've been dealing with Vital Proteins for over 3 months now, trying to get a refund for a package that never showed up. Their customer service rep, Ali, asked for my personal bank statements instead of giving me any proof of a refund. It's been super frustrating and disappointing, so I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company.
